You can find details on the so called 'Australian Underwater Oxygen Table'
in 'Diving and Subaqatic Medicine' by Edmonds, Lowry & Pennefather. The
second edition is ISBN 0 959 5031 0 2 and the new third edition is
ISBN 0 7506 0259 7 published by Butterworth-Heinemann. I don't know who
distributes it in the US.

This Oxygen treatment table uses pure oxygen in 9 metres or less and can
take from 2 to 3 hours depending on the severity of the case.

Any of the standard recompression treatments could also be used in water,
(as per US Navy Manual) though I doubt you would get anyone to drop to 18
metres breathing pure oxygen without proper backup.

If people are interested I could post an extract of the 'Australian U/W O2
table' to save you chasing the book up.

Hope this has been of some help.
