Adrian,
Check out Tim Breen  at Diver's Lodge in El Ghouna.
He is gearing up for me ready to take courses out there. He already has
manifolded twins available and various size stage tanks.I'm not sure about him
providing backplates etc because most of us travel with our own kit.
Although helium is harder to get than in other parts of the world (and more
expensive) he says that if you give some notice, he can have it there for you.
