This is either a classic troll or you need to go out and purchase a 
drysuit and dive it once or twice for the answer to your question.

I would imagine that at 50m you let enough air out of your drysuit to be 
neutral you would be singing falsetto for the rest of your life.

Now you *might* be an eunuch and now the touch-feeley types on this list 
will criticize me for being intolerant towards, er, alternate lifestyles, 
but hey, it's an intolerant world.
