The general misconception is that the body is not the main source of
boyancy it's the equipment a diver carries!
From a theoretical point of view you could calculate the weighting, but
thats not practial. There are so many variables that would have to be
taken into account to make such a calculation sufficient precise.
Just to name a view:
- the density of the water can vary (eg. freshwater vs. water from the black
sea)

- the desity of each body is slightly differnt
- the loung volume has a massive influence
- carried equipment (suit, tanks, valves)

I adjust my weighting so that I can just remain at 10ft when my tanks are empty
(~300psi) and the wing empty.
