They still exist and do the same thing.
They do national and international stuff and they are a "Club" not a
govermental agency !

They have a web-page at www.din.de
Of course it is in german...  (at least until the USA gets rid off their
feet and PSI and so on ;-) and the brits start driving on the right side
of the street ;-) )
