Buy an AP valve sausage, put a BC-inflator (for a small cylinder) on it, use
a 0.175 Litre cylinder and put it in your thigh-pocket.

It is not bulky, it doesn't come off, you don't "let it go" accidentally, it
is easy to deploy, and if you are so stupid that you forget to fill the
cylinder you can still fill it manually.
