Performance Diver catalogs offer a contraption called "SCUDA" (Self-contained underwater drinking apparatus). It's a twelve-ounce bag containing fluid that hangs off the regulator hose, and is connected to a special mouthpiece via some plumbing (which includes a valve). By squeezing the bag, you can inject the fluid through a duct in the mouthpiece. It's one of the most rediculous-looking things I've ever used on a dive (my friend couldn't stop laughing for about 5 staright minutes the first time he saw it), but it's good for staying hydrated on the decompression line...
