Thank you everyone for your solutions for the inner
tube size!

Tire tubes(4.60-5.50) which should fit 40/30ft3 AL
tanks:
Motorcycle
Dirt-bike
ATV
LARGE bicycle tires

I found also for the 30ft3 and smaller that an old 
lawn cart tire tube works good for a strip under the
ss hose clamp (galvanic separator).

PS: I didn't think anyone would have a few extra
40cuft tanks laying around! You never know though!
