*** Begin Insert *** I have not been able to find in the IANTD materials statements regarding how the depths of repetitive dives should be ordered when nitrox is used on one or more of the dives. At the recreational level, we teach that the deepest dive is made first, and each successive dive is to a depth less than or equal to the preceeding dive. I was taught that deep first still applies *** End Insert *** also On a similar topic I was taught that when mixing Air and Nitrox dives on the same day - the recomendation was to do the Air dive first - Any body else got a view ?? *** End Insert *** Yes that is what I was taught and how I can only dive as the first dive may be to deep for nitrox as a bottom mix, and since i live in UK air is only option.
