Too many questions...

I summarized the little paragraph from the book.  There is no answer for
any of your question.  Maybe a physiologist could answer to these 
questions...

BTW, I forgot to present myself... I practice scuba diving since 1984 and
I am interrested in technical diving since 5 years. I am certified as an
ACUC master scuba instructor and I got training in cave and trimix diving
earlier this year.
