Gee, let's see if we can figure this one out...

H2O scuba was Mitch Scaggs old shop.  Mitch Scaggs is co founder of TDI.

Nope, can't imagine how Tom overlooked H2O scuba.

In fairness to Tom, is H20 Scuba in Dade county...it switches to Broward
somewhere around there.
