Mike, BOC will supply cylinders of any gas, any size, for anyone anywhere.(within reason). I've a friend who is now in the Rongbuck Valley Tibet having ago at Everest and he had 33 Poisk cylinders filled with O2 in Delhi to 390 Bar (no bullshit 390) and they organised the delivery into Tibet somewhere un pronouncable.
