Representing the Salvors and Wreck Divers will be = Peter Hess, attorney and legal expert in Admiralty and Marine Law and = Pat Clyne, a member of Mel Fsihers Atocha Team. =20 The Panel Discussion will be moderated by Bernie Chowdhury, Executive = Editor of Imeresed Magazine - the International Technical diving = Magazine, PADI and NAUI instructor and Fellow of the Explorers Club.
