The question to the list is... I've approached the DIR methods with an =
open mind and have since switched over to this line of thinking... I =
love the setup but have one problem with it and so the question is this. =
I also do a lot of kayak diving in the Pacific Northwest. This calls for =
donning my gear while on a drifting kayak before getting in the water. =
I've tried doing this on the kayak and in water but have had nothing =
but problems getting into the harness.... I know this list is Tech but I =
do both and will continue to kayak dive since it is such a blast. Are =
there any tricks to donning in the water that I'm missing. Keep in mind =
that most of the time the kayak and I are drifting while donning.=20

Any tricks, idea's or thoughts would be helpful. I'm diving dry so I've =
got the drysuit valves to deal with as well. With a typical recreational =
bc it's just a matter of getting the shoulder straps loose and slipping =
in and tightening. I want to dive DIR.... I just need a way to do it in =
this situation without drifting into the next time zone before I'm ready =
to go diving...
