NAUI specifically endorses it when training is conducted through one
of the two agencies ANDI or IANTD.  I believe a NAUI specialty card is
available, and NAUI insurance explicitly covers instructors and
divemasters under specified conditions (ie, diving within nitrox
depth/mix guidelines).

PADI insurance now explicitly allows it, although PADI doesn't have a
course or co-certification policy.
