Despite all the fun this post generated there may be something to it. However, it's not residual narcosis -- it's post-dive fatigue. It may be due to "silent" bubbles turning a little noisy or it may be due to equalization problems. Watch your profiles and do your safety stops. It's well known that bubbles don't observe supersaturation thresholds as "bible truth" -- there are potential bubble problems long before you develop full-fledged DCS. Deep air diving with air decos is a well known combination causing post-dive fatigue. Many divers have experienced nitrox dives to be a better choice and deep trimix with more productive deco gases causes little post-dive fatigue as well.
