I have one of these for my recreational "overseas" diving if I need to borrow a regulator. The problem is that it is not as secure as a "permanent" fixing - the mouthpiece can pull out of the hole (I must be honest and say that mine is sufficiently tight that it has never pulled out). I also find that the permanent CT (lets use an acronym not to stress Jim any more than is necessary) is more comfortable in the mouth. Again not a real issue as I only breath from the backup occasionally to give it some use and make sure its functional. However, a single CT to retain the lanyard and mouthpiece seems rather elegant to my way of thinking. David Shimell Project Manager, Sequent Computer Systems Ltd., Sandton, South Africa.
