As delivered, they come with black latex gloves that are too thin and delicate, and black knit polypro glove liners that are too thin for any temps that justify dry gloves. Buy your own mid-weight glove liners, then pick out the size of the BLUE rubber gloves that OS Systems sells and install them. (I'm sure that you could find comparable rubber gloves for a better price than what OS is charging, though). Ring installation is a pain in the ass -- I had my dealer do it. I leave the rings on all the time, and haven't found that they interfere with the wrist seals when I'm not using the dry gloves. Removing the gloves takes about 10-20 min of practice to get down pat, but from then on is very straightforward. To pressurize the gloves, I put on the thin OS glove liners *before* inserting my hands through the wrist seals. I then put on the next layer of liner over the wrist seal, then attach the dry gloves. This setup would lead to significant leakage past the wrist seals if the dry gloves failed/weren't seated properly, so I'll probably switch to the surgical tubing method soon. As Art says, the loss of dexterity is significant, but for me it's far less than the loss of dexterity (and enjoyment) that occurs with wet gloves in <45F water. If I didn't dive water colder than 45F, I probably wouldn't recommend bothering with them because they're not that cheap once you make the necessary changes.
