I located the locator! After digging I contacted Marco Flagg , who
developed the Dive Tracker. This is an amazing syem which does a lot
more than serve as beacon/fi. Apparently the Aquarius Undersea Habitat
off Key Largo Florida is getting a system (NOAA and U. of N. Carolina

This could be a revolutionary device, assisting instructors, law
enforcement dive teams, underwater movie production crews, and any
no-viz divers. I hope to do some tests with marco for cave diving
applications. Will report  when we have done so.
