Im not saying use Nitrox for 120+ dives or even 50/60/70 metre dives, Im
saying using Rob Palmers death as an argument against deep air is pointless.
We should be educating/arguing for greater acceptance/use of alternatives to
air. The first step is Nitrox, forgive me but all trimix courses I have seen
have an entry requirement of Nitrox qualification. Also the vast majority of
divers dont go beyond 40 metres very often and they are the guys who should
be encouraged to consider Nitrox.
