Hey, who cares what regulator you use? I sure don't. But if you want a reg you can clear of debris underwater and does not have a upstream valve, you need a 250, Delta or Apeks. The idea is to get the best equipment for the job, not what everybody else is using. I'm sure that there are thousands of successful dives done on posidens, but does this mean that there are no better alternatives? I don't think so.
