I wear size 13 Rock Boots over a CF200X suit and still use my GIANT size IDEA3
fins which I used with booties and a wetsuit before (Aopec XL Booties)
My shoesize is European size 10 wide.

Maybe shop around for a new pair of fins - took my wife 6 pairs to find the
right
size fins - if wide and big enough they are to long - finally settled for Mares
avantiX-3 fins.
