The Right shoulder quick release had been stitched on the wrong way round (by Mares) resulting in a total inability to tighten up that shoulder. When the student pointed this out to the tech guru in the shop, his solution was to give the student a 'galvanized clip' to put on the plastic d-ring at the end of the adjustment strap each time he wore the BCD. The student was to clip this on to his right hip 'd-ring'. The shop concerned no longer sells Mares, but that was solely due to their inability to pay their account in under 120 days. As for the tech guru's agency, ANDI is really not much of a player these days. What ever happened to 'Satterfield'? Or his revelation?
