Vinny,
You can cut a section of bicycle inner tube and use it to hold the
Quattro's buckle in place.
Or you can use the right fin with the right buckles.
Best,
Carlos

Subject: Jet fins / spring strap

I just watched the DIR II video, very impressive.
There will be many questions to follow :)
First up, who makes the jet fins you use, why jet fins - I would have
thought the more recent fins were more efficient ? One thing I am very
interested in is the spring strap, those fancy buckles on the Mares
Quattros
are a pain, regularly come loose. So Im up for new fins anyway, anyone give
me a more detailed description on how to put those straps together??????
Thanks for your time.
Working on going DIR, sorting order out this week with Halcyon for explorer
wings - is 45 IB best size for steel doubles with canister lights etc or 55
IB ?
Regards,

Vinny
