The doctor in question didn't make the UPTD/OTU statement. That was me. I
was summarising comments made by several Australian Hyperbaric experts a
few years ago when use of the dreaded Nitrox was spreading.

As for his name, I'm trying to get an email address for the guy to ask him
if he was trying to be funny..
