Just to go over the arithmetic of the "optimal" mix:

Depth 149 fsw
pressure at depth 5.515151515 ATA
ppO2 1.3 (based on cold and current)
Desired END 132 fsw
ppO2 + ppN2 5 ATA (assuming that O2 and N2 are equally
narcotic)
ppN2 3.7 ATA
ppHe 0.515151515 ATA

FO2 23.6%
FHe 9.3%
FN2 67.1%

Rounding off, use:

FO2 23.0%
FHe 10.0%
FN2 67.0%

I have no actual opinion on whether you should dive this mix, this is just an
arithmetic exercise.

If you want the formulae, then you could either visit Jim Cobb's Trimix site, or
check out Tom Mount's book. References for either are on my site.
