Make certain that you use a right hand surgical drill!!!

Remember that the vortex effect flows in a counter clockwise direction (above
the equator) and a left handed bore hole will actually increase turbulance
sufficiently to cause hurricance like conditions at the alveoli level - very
dangerous.
