On-gasing & off-gasing are (theoretically) controlled by the same
parameters.  So yes, according to current models, breathing EAN50 @ 36fsw
would confer the decompression equivalent of breathing air @ 10fsw; hence,
the advantage of decompressing on EAN instead of air.

It's late, and I'm tired, so this is simple and general....and subject to
nit-picking by the folks who REALLY know....:-)
