Never mind. I found the answer already. I always thought the reply message 'approve XXX' must be the FIRST line in the message, but it doesn't. So if you are using Exchange, just go to Inbox Assistant to make a rule to reply automatically any message with subject 'techdiver Message Approval Request' from 'techdiver-request@aquanaut.com', and delete it.
