I think the purpose of this list is 2 fold. One is to discuss among us "tech divers" experiences, configurations, and general things that work and don't. I think this other is to educate those who are not "tech divers" and want information or wish to become one themselves. I agree this horse is dead and buried. At a minimum I think we all came to the agreement that singles deco diving is bad, using the pony as a regular air source is bad, not properly planning gas management is bad and doubles are optimal. I'll stop there cause anything else will probably cause more postings on the subject. I'm sure someone will respond to this one and only make the thread longer... Art. (Oh my God I dived a pony and lived to tell about it... :-)) -----Original Message----- From: Ingemar Lundgren [SMTP:ingemar.lundgren@mb*.sw*.se*] Sent: Tuesday, January 19, 1999 6:00 PM To: Rubrifolia@ao*.co* Cc: cobber@ci*.co*; techdiver@aquanaut.com Subject: Re: Pony thread Pony bottles, hmm.... Is this the correct list to discuss this shit? I suggest you discuss this on the rec. scuba list instead. I thought we were supposed to discuss technical diving here....
