Manny- You miss the point of my post. It is *not* up to the instructor to tell the student that tech diving is not "meant for you". The way that training is currently set up, the wannabe will merely go to other instructors until they find one who will provide a card. Or just go out and do their own thing. My point was that the prospective wannabe must endeavor to gather the knowledge to come to his or her own conclusion on wether the risks of this sport are really worth it. To not do so is stupid, short-sighted and perhaps suicidal.
