A course is only as good as it's instructor, you should know, like those extra things mentioned during each topic during theory sessions, not watching the clock to see which areas one can short cut to make it all fit in during theory, real life experiences and most of all superb in water student control and management. Also good half hour plus predive and post dive, brief and debriefs. What I am saying is that I am seeing more and more instructors not giving 10/10ths and store owners watching their chq books rather than if their instructors are carrying o2 to dive sites. Know the instructor by speaking to past students whom are able to critique accurately. Forget Technical training agencies claims as we are the best. A novice tech diver would be unable to differentiate each course without at least sitting thru each one. Further more most dive stores wouldn't know the limitations in qualifications to another store's training agencies certifications, "Hey what depth you think this diver's right to???"
