This is a good point,the MORONS who were going to do that should be band from all wrecks,the wreck will on its own due to mother nature open up giving access to her hidden treasure.Most true wreck divers repeatedly return to a wreck to see what will be offered to them naturally,this is good for business.I'm not saying that it was not a good idea to protect this from something like this,but to punish all for what they were planning to do is wrong.
