Hi Roger
I know you now know I did not say this,but I am a little strong minded when
it comes to facts,so I showed you were I got it from and answered your post
with some of my thoughts on it below.

Yes it can,as it was said that the wreck was just protected a short time
ago most trips were planned before that happen,so my point is those people
may not make a return trip to the site,seen it ,done it.Nothing to bring
them back. I would not waste my time with it.

This is a good point,the MORONS who were going to do that should be band
from all wrecks,the wreck will on its own due to mother nature open up
giving access to her hidden treasure.Most true wreck divers repeatedly
return to a wreck to see what will be offered to them naturally,this is
good for business.I'm not saying that it was not a good idea to protect
this from something like this,but to punish all for what they were planning
to do is wrong.
