Steve- You've obviously not been listening to the ongoing discussions here on the list! While a 'pony tree' is a commonly used concept (especially in the NorthEastern US), it doesn't fall within the concept of DIR. Since I"m trying to have a DIR holiday, I'm relying on my next door neighbor's tree in case I have a problem with mine! Now, the only problem I can foresee is sharing the tree through the restriction of our doorways...But I suppose if I watch the situation closely going in, and make sure to check all the ornaments and tinsle often, I won't get myself into that situation in the first place. Holiday fun to all! -Case Steve Posch wrote: > > Case, > > What is your contingency plan in case your primary tree fails? I keep a small pony-tree ready just in case.
