i recd several suggestions for reformating and laminatingcustom
tables.for those of you doing this consider ordering a box of:AVERY #6729
non-tear sheets for copiersthese are plastic sheets that you can feed
right thru your laser printersand print just like paper...except they are
essentially indestructible.they are 8.5 x 11 and you can print several
tables on one side if youformat them properly.other potential uses for
this include origami and airplane races at longdeco stops.....david

Waterproof Paper 'where to get it'	CHARLES A. AYASH,
cagraphics@mi*.co*	cavers@www.geek.com	Greetings All:Water Proof
Paper as I recall was first produced by The Kimberly-Clark Corp. The
product is called "Kimdura" and comes in different weights ie.
70,90,120,150, 200,& 250. as Lb. Weight. ex #250 is a heavy or thickstock
that would be usefull as a cover, and #70 which is a thinner stockwould be
well suited as a stationary weight paper. Please note that if you use a
permanent marker such as a Sharpie Pen,it wont erase even with acetone at
best there will be a heavy shadowleft behind. You can call Kimberly-Clark
to find out who distributes for them in yourarea. Also note that it might
only be available in a parrant sheet sizeie. "24x36" which you could have
cut down to size. (cheaper this way)Phone # 770-587-8000Sorry no 800#You
could also call your local printer, and contact their supplier. In my area
i can obtain it through The Dillard Paper Co.Good LuckCharlie A.C.A.

Waterproof paper found!	Skip MacElhannon,
skipmac@cs*.co*	cavers@www.geek.com	Thanks for all the response. As
requested by several I am summarizing theresults so far. With all these
different options I think I'll try outseveral and report back
later.Diverse Technologies (Voyager Software)2440 E Commercial BlvdFt
Lauderdale FL 33308954 776-7334 (phone)954 776-1624 (fax)I'm told they
will happily sell the paper to anyone, separate from thesoftware, but it
seems pretty expensive. However, their ad says their paperis tear
resistant, waterproof, etc. 10 sheets $10 up to 100 sheet
$69.Kimberly-Clark770 587-8000Paper trade named "Kimdura" . Should be
able to order this through localprinter or office supply company.Avery -
nontear sheets for copiers. cat #6729.

From descriptions it soundslike a plastic sheet more than paper. Again
try local office supply dealer.Via the internet -

Leonard, toddl@in*.co*	I know a few people that use color bubba-jet
printers and waterproofpaper for their logbook pages. It works very well.
You may lose a bit ofresolution, but for our purposes, which I assume is
printing deco tables- NBD.DrewTodd Leonard wrote:> Anybody know whether
