When used like this, people enter the water with the cylinder off, and turn it on when neccessary, usually the case when carrying O2 for deco.. Stops you inadvertently getting things VERY wrong at depth.. as O2 cylinder is not on.. CAnnot comment on likes or dislikes as I am not sure of benifets, as I can reach my pillar values whilst in the normal position.. However if you mounted a o2 cylinder between the twin 12l, I would consider mounting it upside down as I think it is about the only way I could reach the pillar valve, what with backpacks, wolly bears, and neoprene drysuits etc etc. Tom. ************************************************************************* _/_/_/ _/_/_/ _/_/_/_/ tow@uk*.ac*.nb*.ua* _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ PROUDMAN OCEANOGRAPHIC LABORATORY _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ BIDSTON,MERSEYSIDE _/ _/_/_/ _/ _/ ENGLAND.
