You don't get it George Wentland,
100% O2 means absolutely no nitrogen being absorbed or sustained, pure
offgassing only. What better way to minimize DCS.

100% O2 means medical gas on the surface if there is a problem.  I have
had two minor hits that 100% O2 cleared right up after breathing it pure
on the surface for a half hour.

100% O2 means higher PO2 at deco.(That's a good thing for offgassing
nitrogen or helium).

80% O2 in my opinion is a marketing scam.  Shops can charge you more to
blend a mix than to just shoot straight O2 into your bottle.

You aren't an ANDI technical diver are you?
