Thanks for the practice. I will start these comments with "to whom this
may apply" in the future. 

We have a serious problem in diving when a neophyte know-nothing can
design a dangerously stupid piece of equipment and it becomes the main
staple of the worst class of predatory idiot dive insructors, producing
almost as much profit as deep air classes.

While agencies continue to promote barnyard stupidity in their standards
and gear configs, the regulators are eyeing diving closly, and the
lawsuits are Mounting. 

When a diver show up with bondage wings, this is an advertisement of
stupidity and your first clue to an attitude that you do not want to be
in the water with, in my opinion, and I can go on as to what forms that
opinion.
