Regarding my recent purchase of an EE Explorer 24 primary light... this
light is great.  I am a bit paranoid about damaging the acrylic
canister, and am considering making some sort of protective sleeve
(neoprene?) for SAR working dives, but apart from that, no problems. 
This is the best self-contained light I have ever used.
