We had to sue the company in Cyprus. Still we haven't got any refund.
The unit we got was an early non-functioning unit they promised to
replace. They didn't.

I am sorry to hear about your ill experience with NS Research. I was =
a dealer for them through 1997, but I found that the product was not so =
popular, primarily due to cost. Also, the delivery time was rather long. =
I had heard that others experienced delivery problems, as well as =
failures, but I had not heard of outright fraud like you describe. Mr. =
Raftis strikes me as a stand-up guy. Therefore, if you were pursuing the =
company in England and do not have the Cyprus contact information, I =
suggest that you contact him in Cyprus. The last information I have is:

In response to Mr. Scafroth's question, anyone can check my website =
for information on this unit. I have one in stock for immediate delivery =
and will of course stand behind it just as I do any of my other =
products. This means that if you buy it and it doesn't work, I will =
repair it, replace it, or buy it back!

By the way $3,000 is a super price (if the unit had worked). Dealer =
cost was substantially higher than this. I thought the end user price =
was $4,600, so I was offering the unit I have remaining for $4,000. I =
will entertain offers however.
