Patrick,

I am a relative newcomer to the Internet yet even I (now) know that
sending attachments is considered bad netiquette.

I would have thought that getting people offside with your organisation,
or perhaps, the organisation you represent in this argument, is counter
productive?

Do you know anything about politics? As in the way to respond to people?
