What a BS letter

#1 they are trying to con you dude.  Just because they know the IP 
number is far proof of who did it, thats why they want you to call 
em, so they have more evidence, its a trick ;)

ITs very easy for someone to take over your computer, get your 
passwords etc, and make it look like someone did something. 
Programs like Netbus, Back Orifice, and tons of others enables 
any 10 year old to make it look like emails have come from your 
IP#.  And it can be impossible to detect.

More advanced hackers, can get into your computer if your online 
in a number of other ways, using stack calls into port 139, taking 
total control of your computer.

Just because something traces back to an IP means little.  You 
have to prove who was behind the keyboard.
