What I don't know is how "coherent" the prop wash is, and how far it extends. If you've never noticed it to be a problem, then it's probably narrow & short enough that little disturbance occurs with the scooter you are using. But I will some day, probably first around/in wrecks as I don't get to Florida often. So this discussion is of interest to me.
