I recall Andre Galern over at International Underwater Contractors in NY
has one.


This hat was also seen in a very small sceene in Luc Besson's classic
cult film The Big Blue. 


I understand that this hat was used a lot by COMEX, but I could be wrong.
You may want to track down Jean Pierre Imbert, he may know something
about them.
