Some folks have asked me about a mail list I have started up called 
vbtech. This is an east coast US, centered in Virginia Beach, Va. mailing 
list intended for use by techdivers interested in diving these areas.

What I would like to see on this list is announcements of upcoming 
non-recreational dives, openings in charters either by private parties or 
boats on the east coast.

This list can be a resource for divers wanting to get divers together for 
tech charters.

What I would also like to hear is trip reports on bottom conditions, 
fish/lobster activity and any other information which might be of use to 
us divers.

What would also be useful is reports on the various boats used for these 
trips. You opinions on the suitability of the boat for tech diving, the 
attitude of the captain(s) and crew, the setup for 02, He, 
ingress/egress, and suitability for recovery of artifacts.

This won't be a high-volume list, I'd like to keep it fairly specific to 
the aboves topics. We already have techdiver for the flame wars. Not that 
I would know anything about that.

I know tech divers like to play their cards pretty close, but I will show 
you mine if you shoe me yours.
