Certainly, I'm not the only one to catch this.  I'm not an attorney, just a
cop, but one gas station that fixes prices with another and attempts to fix
higher prices with every other on the block has a little trouble with price
fixing.  Does Consumer Protection Act come to mind?  I know that this is a
small scale, but...  Please correct me if I'm wrong...
