Hi John,
Check your records, I believe the current record is now 18,060 feet at 300
feet held by the Woodville Karst Plain Project In Wakulla Springs. (6 hr.
bottom time, 8.5 hrs. deco) The previous record was 14,240 feet  held by
the same group at the same place.

Is this the dive that Reinhard Buchaly reported on some time ago?
