I assume that you are not referring to the Buddy Inspiration incidents. (See http://www.concentric.net/~Wrolf/index.shtml#Inspiration.) If you are, and if in fact stepped up training is the key, then A.P. Valves is to praised, not pilloried. I understand the hurt that a survivor would feel, but A.P. Valves did not as I understand set the training schedule - that was the agencies. Now they have decided to go beyond what the agencies say is the minimum required, and offer factory top up training, in a best guess hope that this will solve the problem. At their own cost. Anyway, I know that Martin Parker wouldn't sue you. Or even me for that matter, and he might have had cause when I published before hearing the other side. You cannot be talking about them. Most Brits regard the American legal system as looney (I am a British ex-pat, naturalized American - it is looney), and the last thing they would do is get involved in it if they could avoid it. If you have information about the Atlantis incidents, or updated information on the Buddy Inspiration incidents, I would be very grateful.
