getting a tank filled that has a connector that is illegal for the gas you wish
to get it 
filled with makes it really hard to get a fill.
A funny story: when i last talked with my gas-dealer he told me that he had a
problem
with an other customer: he had a bottle with something different to R3/4" and
wanted a 
Nitrox-Fill. NO Chance, even if they wanted to break the law, they had no
adapter.

If i need a fill where R5/8" is 'abused' for EANx i have no problem, i own an
adapter...
