What about the agency that makes it easy for strokes
to become instructors?

What about the agency that doesn't discipline or suspend
ratshit instructors.

What about the agency that enforces standards which
themselves are dangerous.

What about the agency that ignores safer, more effective
procedures.

What about the agency that issues cross-certifications
without re-examining instructors' abilities.

What about the agency, oh, what the hell. You should have
thought about all of this.
